Early on in his career, Strategic Connections Inc. founder and President, Ken Milloy, was told by one of his managers that he had not been hired to think. That inspired a lifelong ambition to find ways to engage and involve employees to the benefit of both organization and individual. Ten years ago Ken established Strategic Connections Inc. to further that dream.
Today, Strategic Connections Inc. fills a unique niche; a leader in internal communication and engagement. We understand that while leaders may set direction, it's the employees who make plans happen.
